The Community Foundation, in partnership with the R.E.B. Foundation, invites nominations for the 2022-23 R.E.B. Awards for Distinguished Educational Leadership. This initiative recognizes principals who go beyond the day-to-day demands of their position to create an exceptional educational environment.
The awards will recognize one principal each from Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico and Richmond. Each winner will receive a $30,000 grant: a $10,000 unrestricted cash grant to the principal and $20,000 to be used for school-based initiatives of the recipient’s choosing. Nominations are solicited from the school community and the public. The deadline is 5 p.m. Nov. 3. Details and the nomination form are here.
