NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Virginia Code §§ 15.2-1800 and 15.2-1813 that the Surry County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at the Surry County Government Center, 45 School Street, Surry Virginia, to receive public comment on the proposed disposition of the County’s interest in real PROPERTY LOCATED AT 633 Marina Drive Surry VA 23883, a portion of Parcel ID 15-8 H, to Surry Seafood Company LLC. The property consists of the restaurant and parking, with improvements.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
