Census Bureau: 76 percent of people in Chester were old enough to vote in 2019

Of the 22,032 citizens living in Chester in 2019, 16,739 were old enough to vote as of Jan. 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 9,085 of those people were female and 7,654 were male.
