The Chesterfield County Utilities Department is continuing work to repair a 24-inch water transmission main along the westbound lanes of Hull Street Road, near 10800 Hull Street Road and just west of Speeks Drive. To ensure safety during the repairs, two out of three westbound travel lanes will remain closed. The county anticipates that these lane closures will impact traffic through Friday, March 6.

“Motorists should expect delays and use caution in the area. Visit www.511virginia.org for traffic updates,” officials stated.

Chesterfield County is home to a single public school district that enrolled over 64,000 students in the 2023-24 school year, according to data from the Virginia Department of Education (https://www.doe.virginia.gov/home).
