Of the 346 people living in Dendron in 2020, 48 percent (166) were women and 52 percent (180) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Gateway Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 35. In the 65 and over age range, there were 25 females and eight males.
