Chesterfield County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on July 19
The Chesterfield County Chamber of Commerce (Chesterfield Chamber), a 501(c)6 business membership association representing over 500 unique businesses, is requesting catering proposals for its 2018-19 season of Monthly Membership Luncheons. These events take place on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, from September 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Tech Center @Hull (13900 Hull Street Rd, Midlothian, VA 23112).
EVENT DETAILS
Setup: 9 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Lunch Service 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m
Clean Up: 1:15 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Estimated Attendance: 150-250 (number of attendees will be given the Monday prior to the event)
REQUESTED MENU & SPECS
We are seeking a creative and appealing menu in a buffet style of service that would change monthly. Something that would include a protein, 2 sides to include a vegetable, along with a tossed salad and dressing and a dessert. Unsweet Tea would also need to be provided.
Caterer must provide linens, plates, napkins, necessary utensils and glassware to cover water and tea. Also to provide linens for the buffet table, chafing dishes, serving bowls and utensils, etc – Disposable is ok.

The Tech Center @Hull St. has a partial catering kitchen within the event facility.

Microwave: Yes
Commercial Refrigerator: Yes
Commercial Freezer: Yes
Sink: Two – Double compartment and triple compartment
Prep space: Counter space is available.

Please submit an all-inclusive per person price that includes all the above. Chamber Membership required with contract award.
