County of Prince George issued the following announcement on Nov. 3

Prince George County Public Schools has recently transitioned to leading board management solution BoardDocs Pro to deliver agendas and other documents for Prince George County School Board meetings. The BoardDocs platform will help maximize the effectiveness of board meetings with increased transparency and provide a basis for better and more open communication with the public while dramatically improving productivity.
Leveraging state-of-the-art, Cloud-based technology, BoardDocs Pro provides paperless agenda solutions to school divisions and other organizations across the United States, serving over 3,000 clients. BoardDocs Pro is specifically designed to meet the unique needs and legal requirements of public school boards, municipal governments, and other governing bodies.

BoardDocs Pro’s electronic distribution features will provide our community with expanded public access to Prince George School Board agenda items and other board-related information. These features will allow our community to review information before meetings and see the Board’s action, including voting results after meetings. All documents associated with the meeting are automatically archived and can be accessed by date or using the system’s comprehensive search feature.
The new board management features can be accessed through Prince George County Public School’s website at https://go.boarddocs.com/va/pgsva/Board.nsf/Public. A link to BoardDocs is also available under the “About Us” dropdown menu on the division’s main website, http://www.pgs.k12.va.us.
