L&A (Logistic and Accuracy) Testing
The Sussex County General Registrar’s Office is scheduled to have L&A (Logistic and Accuracy) testing done in preparation for the February 21, 2023, Special Election. The testing will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at 10:00 am in the General Registrar’s Office. The testing will then continue at the Sussex County building until 3:00 pm.

In-person early voting for the special elections in Senate District 15 (SD15) and House of Delegate District 77 (HD77) in Chesterfield County will end on Saturday, January 3.
Cedar Creek Drainage Improvements are set to begin in January 2026, with Summit Environmental Services and its subcontractors mobilizing equipment starting January 5.
