John Tyler Community College issued the following announcement on July 16

Trailblazers: if you have questions, want to connect with an office on campus, or need technical support, the Help Hub is here to assist.

The Help Hub is staffed by Tyler employees who can:

  • provide technical assistance, including myTyler password resets
  • answer any financial aid, student accounts, advising, or admissions question directly
  • get you the help you need, when you need it

The Help Hub also features ways to connect with campus offices like the ARC, Career Services and the Library.

Hours of Operation

Staring July 6th, the Help Hub will be open from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday to support students with any technical, financial, advising, and admissions questions.

You have the option of connecting with the Help Hub through Zoom, Text or requesting a phone call!
