Glen Sturtevant, a Republican elected to the Virginia State Senate in 2024 to represent the state’s 12th Senate district, has recently shared several updates on his social media account, ranging from commentary on election integrity to personal holiday greetings.

On April 3, 2026, Sturtevant addressed concerns about voting procedures and the role of the state’s top legal official. He wrote, “Election integrity is common sense. Only citizens should vote and mail ballots should be secure. The AG should stop acting like a partisan activist and start acting like Virginia’s Attorney General.”

The following day, April 4, he promoted an appearance at a local event by posting, “My speech at the Scott Presler event in Chesterfield: https://t.co/7JnZwotQj5”.

On April 5, Sturtevant extended holiday wishes to his followers with a religious message: “He is risen! Wishing you and your family a very Happy Easter. https://t.co/0jbDHzQqYX”

Sturtevant succeeded Siobhan Dunnavant as senator for Virginia’s 12th district after winning election in 2024.
