Mark J. Earley, Delegate for Virginia’s House District 71, announced his endorsement by the Virginia Police Benevolent Association (VAPBA). The announcement was made via a Facebook post.

According to Earley, he plans to continue advocating for the resources and support law enforcement officers need to serve and protect their communities following the endorsement from VAPBA for his re-election.

Earley said in a Facebook post, “Our heroes in law enforcement take to the streets every day to protect and serve their communities. In that role, they encounter some of the most difficult & challenging situations daily. It’s our job to make sure they get the support & resources they need — I’ll continue to do just that.”

The VAPBA is a statewide professional organization representing law enforcement officers, providing advocacy, legal support, and collective bargaining on their behalf. According to their website, it also engages in political endorsements, supporting candidates who align with its mission to protect and advance the interests of public safety professionals.

Mark J. Earley is a Republican delegate in the Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 73rd District. He serves on committees focused on public safety, judiciary matters, and state policy. A former prosecutor and son of former Virginia Attorney General Mark L. Earley, he is committed to advancing legislation that supports law enforcement, strengthens communities, and upholds conservative values.
